My name is Karla, and I’m the Founder and CEO. I’d like to take a moment to personally introduce myself.
As a mom, a sister to eight siblings, a foster parent, an adoptive parent, and a professional nanny with over 20 years of experience, I bring a lifetime of caregiving and home management to this agency. Caring for children and supporting families has always been my true passion.
When I launched The Brite Agency, I did so with a deep understanding of what both parents and caregivers truly need. As a parent, I know the importance of reliability, safety, compassion, and structure in the home.
